All pieces are made to measure for the best fit.
You can provide your sizing in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Custom Size (recommended, no extra cost)
Share your body measurements of bust, waist, hips, height, and weight.
For sizes XL and above (bust over 38” / 97 cm), including shoulder width, armhole circumference, and upper arm circumference allows us to tailor an even more precise fit.
Option 2: Standard Size
Select your size from our chart and double-check your choice.
For greater accuracy, we also recommend providing your height and weight.
Option 3: Measurements from a Well-Fitting Garment
If you own a piece that fits you beautifully, simply measure it (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
We can craft your new garment using those measurements.
No matter which option you choose, we’re here to guide you through every step and ensure you feel completely confident before we begin.

CARE FOR MULBERRY SILK
• Dry cleaning is highly recommended as the best way to preserve the color.
• For handwashing: Use mild shampoo, avoid soaking, wash separately (our handmade silk fades in the first washes as it is hand-dyed), do not wring, dry in the shade.
• Iron on low heat with fabric inside out.
• Store in a cotton bag when not in use.

Final Sale Policy
All our garments are individually handcrafted and made-to-measure based on the customer’s submitted measurements or the size selected from our size chart. For this reason, all sales are final.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if a garment does not fit due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
However, don’t worry if you’ve never taken measurements before — we’ll send a clear step-by-step guide, and it’s much simpler than you might expect. We’re always happy to review your measurements before we begin.
Conditions for Accepted Returns, Refunds or Remake (Manufacturer Error Only)
A return, refund, or remake at our expense will only be approved if the issue is verified as a manufacturing error on our part and the following conditions are met:
• Manufacturing Error: The garment’s actual measurements differ from the measurements you submitted or the size you selected.
• Product Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Time Limit: The return or refund request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs: If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
Dedicated Alteration Support (Our Commitment to Fit)
If the garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are still committed to helping you achieve the best fit through one of the following options:

A. Local Alteration Reimbursement (Recommended)
This is the fastest and most cost-effective solution.
• Customers may use a local tailor for minor adjustments.
• We offer partial reimbursement (up to $25 USD) with a valid tailoring receipt.

B. Alteration at Our Studio (Hanoi, Vietnam)
For more complex adjustments, you may return the garment to us:
• We will perform the alteration free of charge.
• Important Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for all two-way international shipping costs (sending the item to Vietnam and shipping it back).
Please be aware that international shipping to and from Vietnam can be significantly expensive, so local alteration is strongly recommended.

✓HOW TO GET YOUR MEASUREMENTS? It’s easier than you think!
Getting Started:
• Place tape measure over your UNDERWEAR
• Keep the tape measure comfortably loose, NOT too loose!
• Also make sure the tape is leveled from the front to the back.
• These are body measurements, not clothing measurements. Note us if you provide garment measurements.

Bust CIR: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it’s parallel to the ground.
Waist CIR: The natural waist is usually the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribcage.
Hips CIR: Are typically the widest part of your lower body. To find this area, it’s usually a few inches below your waist.
Height: Stand straight against a wall. Mark where the top of your head touches. Measure from the floor to the mark.
